Poli Dinner with the poet Ungaretti - Grand Hotel Terme Astro di Tabiano
On Saturday the 24th of March 2007 the Poli Distillery will attend, with their distillates, a benefit dinner with the theme "Like an acrobat on the water" at the Grand Hotel Terme Astro di Tabiano, where the chef Guerrino Maculan will propose to nearly 450 guests a menu inspired by the poem "The Rivers" by Giuseppe Ungaretti.
The initiative intends to rediscover cultural intertwines of the Parma thermal territory through the verses of the poet Ungaretti.
